Kate Scully joined FRAC in February of 2025 as the Deputy Director for the Special Supplemental Nutrition Program for Women, Infants, and Children (WIC).
Kate has over fifteen years of experience in non-profits working to address poverty and hunger. She previously held positions with Children’s HealthWatch, Philabundance, and the Center for Hunger-Free Communities. In each of these positions, Kate’s focus was on advocacy and communications to uplift solutions to ending hunger and poverty.
She has a J.D. from Widener University School of Law and a B.A. in History and Legal Policy from the University of Maryland Baltimore County, where she was a Humanities Scholar.
