Anne Dobson Ball is the WIC Partnership and Outreach Coordinator at the Tennessee Justice Center. A champion for gender equity and food security, Anne Dobson relentlessly advocates for Tennesseans' access to the Special Supplemental Nutrition Program for Women, Infants, and Children (WIC). Anne Dobson leads the Tennessee Justice Center's WIC coalition, building partnerships and providing technical assistance to diverse WIC stakeholders across the state. Anne Dobson's partnership efforts span from healthcare providers to grocers to state agency staff. Anne Dobson also works directly with WIC-eligible individuals through her outreach efforts, providing informational resources and soliciting referrals to connect families to WIC. In addition to her work improving access to WIC, Anne Dobson supports TJC's WIC research efforts and the anti-hunger team's broader SNAP and Summer EBT advocacy. Anne Dobson earned her BA in Politics and a Certificate in Civic and Global Leadership from Sewanee: The University of the South where she spearheaded the implementation of a student food pantry to reduce college hunger.
