Patricia Quinn has more than 20 years experience promoting the health and wellbeing of children, youth and families through public policy analysis, advocacy, and organizing. As Vice President of Policy and Partnership at the DC Primary Care Association, Patricia works to ensure that community health centers and the patients they serve thrive. She leads DCPCA efforts to build accountability across all sectors of the health ecosystem in DC, with particular focus on behavioral health, maternal health, and health equity. She has broad knowledge of safety net primary care and relevant trends and opportunities in the DC health market that impact community health centers and their patients.
Patricia leads DCPCA’s work to address social determinants of health via DC PACT. DC PACT is a Collective Impact coalition of social service nonprofits, behavioral health providers, hospitals, community health centers, and government agencies focused on reframing the culture of care to identify and address social needs. She also directed DC Network for Expectant and Parenting Teens—DC NEXT!—before transitioning it to its new permanent home at DC Action.
Prior to joining DCPCA, Patricia lead the Massachusetts Alliance on Teen Pregnancy, an organization dedicated to ensuring that state and local policies effectively address the complex issues associated with teen pregnancy.
