Greater Chicago Food Depository, Illinois
Molly Dubow (MPPA) is the Manager of Advocacy at the Greater Chicago Food Depository, where she works to educate, motivate, and engage community members through advocacy in order to increase the number of people who are lifting their voice, and elevating the real impact of policy changes. She accomplishes this through a variety of engagement strategies, with an emphasis on increasing the advocacy capacity of the Food Depository's food access partners and neighbors with lived experience. In 2025 Molly has focused her advocacy strategy on giving people tangible ways to take action, providing opportunities to learn more about policy changes and how they are likely to impact the most vulnerable, and reminding people that now is the time to grow our advocacy efforts and make more noise than ever! In addition to growing the advocacy program at the Food Depository, Molly helps plan and execute the biennial "Get Out the Vote" (GOTV) campaign and has expanded the focus to be about engaging neighbors as they visit pantry partner locations. Molly’s previous work experience includes community engagement, non-profit management, and volunteer services. She has a BA in Public Health from the University of Washington in Seattle, and a Master's in Public Policy and Administration (MPPA) from Northwestern University.
